BIM
I have been part of the team that built the BIM 3D models of important projects such as Intel in Petach Tikva, Mellanox, Sarona Tel Aviv and many others. This tecnology provides live adjusts and changes in the project with integration between 3D views, sections, floor plans, ceiling plans and details. It also permits the integration of all the different disciplines of the project (Plumbing, Structural, Air Condition and many others) in the same 3D model, enabling the team to look for interference between them. It provides a better planning and efficiency for the construction team on the ground.
RESEARCH
I am constantly involved in research of new architectural forms, constructive methods and building systems that can improve the quality of the building in its relation with the environment and the human been.
